What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that does make to order. Normally for sample order it will take about 15 - 20 days, and the lead time for the batch order shall be about 25 - 30 days, depending on the different order quantities and capacities. For sure we could further shorten the lead time if necessary.
1.What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We welcome most of the regular trade terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.
Normally we would insist a Min. 30% advance payment to effect your order, and the balance 70% must be settled after your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also welcome irrevocable L/C at sight.
2.What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
For the lithium ion battery is classified as a Class 9 Dangerous Goods, so we strongly recommend that all batteries shall be shipped by sea freight.
3.Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, generally we will provide three-year warranty for all battery packs we offer. However, buyers can request longer warranty period before placing orders. Please do inquire for the "Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty" before placing orders.
4.What are the application fields of your battery packs?
We are providing Li-ion battery packs to many different applications fields such as electric vehicle use(4 wheeled and 3 wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses and monorails, ATV, UTV, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage use, electric equipment use(floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), out-door portable power supplies, portable power supply for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power pack, camper power packs, etc.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we embrace customizations for different applications.
5.Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries shall NOT be used separately, however, we also provide small battery modules in 12V which our customer can use them in either series or in parallels, with the purpose of replacing their old lead-acid batteries. Please do inquire in advance.
6.Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Most of our batteries have a thermal management system that is controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This Thermal management system will not only prevent the battery from being used if the temperature is either too high or too low. Please do inquire in advance.
7.Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes.
8.How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled from 2000 to 5000 times. If you cycle the battery daily with an 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), then you can expect 5 - 10 years of use from your battery.
9.How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries come with free ring terminals that can be used to connect your battery to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
10.Can I leave your batteries outside?
No. Our batteries are not marine rated or weather proof, so leaving them out under the sun all day or in the rain can damage the batteries. (This type of damage is not covered under the warranty.)
